The Crate is the box to use when the unboxing matters: a rigid presentation box with a magnetic closure, a soft-touch laminated exterior and a custom-printed interior. The filling is die-cut foam or crinkle paper adapted to the contents of your kit, so items sit firmly in place. Your logo is foil stamped on the outside and your message or brand story can go inside the lid. It comes in three sizes, covering everything from notebooks to sweatshirt packs. On materials, the product page states “Cardboard; certified on request”: ask in your quote if you need the certification paperwork.

These cardboard boxes are designed to protect and present corporate items within a kit, so they work as the gift box and as the outer box when gifts are posted to different addresses. The supplier sheets list sizes such as 10 x 11.5 x 3 in (12 x 10 x 3 in for the Shipping Box with Logo); the exact reference, colour and the position and size of your marking are confirmed on the digital proof.

Which one? A sticker or a belly band is the quickest way to brand a plain box and suits mixed runs. The Printed Kraft Box gives a natural look and is the box used in several of our ready-made Packs. Full-colour printing makes the whole box the message. The Premium Box with Logo and the Crate sit at the same starting price: choose the Crate when you want the rigid, magnetic-closure presentation, and the Premium Box with Logo when you need a printed cardboard box that also travels well.

The Executive Client Gift Boxis our ready-made answer to “executive gifts”: an A5 linen-bound journal with gilded edges, a weighted metal pen, a 400 ml spill-proof travel mug and a soy wax candle with a letterpress card.

For the two executive gift sets, capacity, dimensions, materials and marking areas are confirmed in the quote. The Aurora set works alone as a small thank-you or as the finishing touch in a larger box; the candle comes in cedar and fig or sea salt and sage, and the label and cotton-paper card carry your brand and an optional message.

Two rules make the maths predictable:

The highest minimum applies. The Crate and the printed boxes start at 50, so a box you build is ordered from 50 unless you choose a ready-made Pack (from 10 packs) instead.
The slowest item sets the pace. In the executive box, the Ledger Hardcover Journal lists 15 to 20 working days after proof approval, longer than the box itself. The quote confirms the combined lead time.

How branding and packing work

Branding on the box

Crate Premium Gift Box: foil stamping on the outside, printing on the interior (inside the lid is the natural place for a message), and custom padding cut to your contents.
Printed boxes: digital printing for full-colour artwork, screen printing for solid logo colours, or a custom sticker for a quick, flexible finish on a plain box.

Branding on the contents

Each filler keeps its own method: laser engraving on metal pens, steel bottles and travel mugs; foil stamping or embossing on notebooks and journals; a custom label and letterpress card on the Aurora candle. Discreet marking, such as engraving or tone-on-tone finishes, tends to suit executive gifts better than a large printed logo.

Digital proof before production

Before anything is produced, we confirm the reference, the colour, and the position and size of the marking through a digital proof. Production starts only once you approve it, and lead times are counted from that approval.

Branded gift boxes vs corporate hampers and gift baskets

Many buyers planning client gifts search for corporate hampers or corporate gift baskets. The difference matters before you ask for quotes.

A corporate hamper or gift basket is usually built around food and drink. Zintora does not supply food, drink or confectionery, so we do not make hampers.

A branded gift box is filled with durable, branded items (a journal, a pen, a bottle, a desk accessory, a candle) that the recipient keeps and uses long after the gift arrives. The box itself carries your logo, and every item inside can too.

How much does a corporate gift box cost?

The box alone starts at £2.50 ex VAT and goes up to £4.65 ex VAT. A ready-made Executive Client Gift Box starts at £52.90 per pack ex VAT. A box you build costs the sum of its items: the examples on this page range from £17.16 to £39.32 ex VAT at starting prices. Printing and delivery are extra.

Can you put our logo on the box and on the items inside?

Yes. The Crate box takes foil stamping outside and printing inside; the printed boxes take digital printing, screen printing or a custom sticker. Each item inside has its own branding method, listed on its product page, and everything is shown on the digital proof before production.

How long does production take?

The printed boxes list 10 to 14 working days and the Crate Premium Gift Box 14 to 18 working days, counted from proof approval. When you add fillers, the slowest item sets the lead time. The quote confirms production and delivery for your order.

Can each box be sent to a different address?

Yes. We deliver to one office or to each recipient, across the UK and internationally to Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. Send the address list with your order; delivery is confirmed in the quote.

Do you make corporate hampers with food and drink?

No. We do not supply food, drink or confectionery. We make branded gift boxes filled with durable items (journals, pens, bottles, mugs, desk accessories and candles) that carry your brand after the gift is opened.
