Quality, certifications and sustainability

Certificates and footprint data, on request.

This page brings together the supplier certificate we cite, how we work with suppliers, our quality process and how we handle data. The certificate, the estimated carbon footprint of each product and the report with Scope 3 emissions are sent to you on request.

Certifications

Certifications held by suppliers in our supply chain, valid as of June 2026. The holder of each certificate is the supplier named, not Zintora. The documents are available on request.

GRS

Global Recycled Standard 4.0

Global Recycled Standard

Supplier certificate

The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) verifies the recycled content of products and tracks it throughout the supply chain. This certificate belongs to our yarn supplier The Tenth House, not to Zintora: it covers the yarns listed, made from fibres recovered from post-consumer waste. If your order needs certified recycled content, we check for each batch that it is covered by the certificate and confirm in the quote which products meet it.

Available on request for procurement teams and ESG auditors.

For other certified products, the quote states which certificate the supplier provides and we send it to you on request.

Sustainability practices

What we actually do, not what we would like to do one day.

Certified products, with documents

We offer certified products, for example with recycled content covered by the supplier's GRS certificate. When we present a product as certified, we send you the certificate on request.

Packaging options

Packaging depends on the product: for example a printed kraft box or a rigid gift box. We list the materials in the quote.

Estimated footprint and Scope 3 report

Every quote includes an estimated carbon footprint per product. For the merchandise you buy, we send you a sustainability report with Scope 3 emissions data. We do not buy carbon credits or offset emissions.

Delivery and lead times

We deliver to EMEA, APAC and the Americas. Minimum order quantities depend on the product, and standard production takes 10 to 20 working days after proof approval; the lead time and shipping method are confirmed in the quote.

Supplier standards

These are the criteria we use to choose and review suppliers. If your order needs specific documentation, ask for it in your request and the quote will state what we can provide.

  • When choosing a supplier, we look at safety, working conditions and environmental compliance
  • For textiles and apparel, we prioritise suppliers with GRS, GOTS or OEKO-TEX certification and ask for the current certificate before presenting a product as certified
  • We do not accept child labour, forced labour or excessive working hours in our supply chain
  • Before presenting a product as certified, we check that the supplier's certificate is current; The Tenth House's GRS certificate is checked for each batch

Quality process

Four checkpoints between your order and the box that arrives at your team's door.

01

Supplier qualification

When we choose a new supplier, we review its certifications, its production capacity and the quality of its samples.

02

Pre-production proof approval

You approve a digital mock-up before anything goes into production. Colours, placement, size and branding are confirmed in writing.

03

Production sampling

For new products or new clients, we ask for a physical production sample before approving the full run. Problems are caught before 500 units are printed.

04

Delivery check

Quantities are checked against the order during fulfilment. Damaged or out-of-spec items are replaced at no cost before dispatch.

Data and privacy

We treat your data, and that of your recipients, the way we would want ours to be treated.

  • Recipient shipping details are used only to fulfil the specific order, and are never sold or shared with third parties
  • Order data is kept for 24 months for returns and reorders, then deleted
  • Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers, and we never store card details
  • Our website runs on HTTPS only: connections are encrypted (TLS 1.3 with current browsers)
  • Personal data is handled in line with the GDPR
