Branded merchandise quote for businesses
Build your quote.
Prepare your request for personalised merchandise: review the products, set quantities and explain what you need. Sending the request is not a payment.
How to prepare your quote request
A request with concrete information helps us assess your project. You can prepare merchandise for new starters, an event, a client gift or everyday use by the team. You do not need to have every finish decided: explain the goal and tell us which options you want to compare.
1. Choose products and quantities
Add the catalogue items you are interested in to the quote. Check the quantities for each model, along with colours and sizes where they apply. Minimums depend on the product; if you do not yet know the final split, say so in the notes so that we can review the options.
2. Describe the personalisation
Tell us which logo or design you want to use, where it should appear and whether you prefer a particular decoration method or finish. In the notes you can explain your brand colours, packaging needs and any questions about the design. The method and the personalisation area are checked for each material.
3. Tell us where and when
Give us your company's contact details, the destination and the date by which you need the items. Say whether it is a delivery to a single office or a project with several destinations. If an event date cannot move, highlight it so that we can assess feasibility.
What happens after you send the request
The team reviews your selection and the project details to prepare a proposal or ask for any missing information. The starting price in the catalogue and the estimate in the form are a guide: confirm personalisation, taxes, packaging, shipping and lead times in the proposal before you accept. This request is different from a purchase with immediate payment and does not by itself confirm production or a delivery date.
If you are not sure which products to choose, or you need to explain a project that does not fit the form, contact the team. To start, share the number of recipients, the intended use and an indicative budget.
