Corporate gifts in small quantities: minimums and costs

Compare single orders and short runs: per-product minimums, logo set-up and costs. Prepare a quote for the quantity you actually need rather than a bigger run.

Searching for corporate gifts with no minimum order usually means you need a few units and do not want to buy surplus. The answer depends on the product, the personalisation and how it is sold. At Zintora, print on demand options and volume requests sit side by side; not every model accepts a single unit.

Tell three situations apart before choosing

NeedWhat to checkNext step
One unitAn eligible product, a fixed price and personalisation availableReview the product page and buying options
A small group with the same logoThe model's minimum and the applicable techniqueAsk for a quote for that quantity
A gift made up of several productsThe minimum for each component and the assemblyConfirm the complete composition

An instant buy button does not mean that any design is included. Nor does the minimum quantity for quotes define the individual options on its own. Read the model's conditions and ask about anything that is not specified.

Start from the quantity you really need

Write down the number of recipients, the date and a total budget. If you need 15 gifts, ask for a viable option for 15 before scaling up to 50 to reach an advertised price. Spreading the set-up cost over more units can lower the price per piece, but it raises the total outlay and leaves surplus.

If the quantity does not fit a product, change the model, the technique or the composition. Do not present a minimum of 30 as if it were an order of 10: the proposal must expressly confirm the quantity you asked for.

Compare the set-up cost and the cost of each unit

A proposal may include initial work to adapt the file, prepare a screen for printing or programme an embroidery. Other costs depend on the quantity, the logo positions, the number of colours and the packaging. Ask what is paid once and what applies to every piece.

To compare two proposals, use the same quantity and the same scope. Check the product, set-up, marking, packaging, delivery and taxes. A catalogue price without personalisation is not comparable with the total of a finished order. Items with a price on request need a specific proposal.

Choose the technique to suit the model and the design

Digital printing can be an option for certain fabrics and short runs; screen printing usually needs set-up per design or colour. Embroidery means checking detail and size. Engraving depends on the material and finish. These are comparison criteria, not a promise that every technique is available on every product.

For clothing, see our custom T-shirts and custom hoodies. The Verde tee and the Cinder hoodie let you review the model's page before defining sizes and logo. Check their specific availability for a single unit or for your quantity.

Check each component of a gift

A notebook and a mug can have different minimums. The Forma notebook and the Cobble mug serve as comparison references, not as a promise of a pack with no minimum. Check their current conditions and ask for the assembly separately if you need it.

A small pack does not have to include many objects. For a new employee or client, first define the usefulness of each piece; if one component forces you to buy surplus, consider an alternative. Our guide to corporate gifts for clients helps you choose by occasion.

Before sending the request

  • Exact quantity and breakdown by size or colour.
  • Main model and an acceptable alternative.
  • Original logo, colours, position and size.
  • Packaging and number of delivery addresses.
  • Date of receipt needed and total budget.
  • Whether you need a sample or proof before production.

See the print on demand service for individual options and the catalogue for volume requests. Send your quote request to confirm a combination that fits your quantity. Availability and the schedule are agreed in the proposal; immediate delivery is not assumed.
