Branded Stickers: Holographic and Die-Cut Stickers With Your Logo
How to order branded stickers for events, welcome packs and packaging: holographic or full-colour packs, die-cut design rules, minimums and how to plan the order.
By Zintora Team

Branded stickers are die-cut vinyl stickers carrying your logo or artwork, handed out at events, slipped into welcome packs and stuck on laptops, bottles and notebooks. They are among the smallest items you can order, yet people put them on things they use every day. Choose between a single holographic design and a pack of five full-colour stickers.
This guide covers where branded stickers work, the two sticker products in the catalogue, how to design a die-cut sticker that reads well, and how to use stickers in packs and packaging. Every product below comes from the live Zintora catalogue on 28 October 2026.
Where branded stickers work
A sticker costs the recipient nothing to keep and takes a second to use. That makes it one of the easiest pieces of merchandise to hand out. It works best where people already decorate their things:
- Tech and creative teams, whose laptops and water bottles are covered in stickers.
- Conference and trade show stands, where a striking sticker draws people to the stand and travels home with them.
- Welcome packs, as a light extra that new starters can use straight away.
- Communities and user groups, where members like to show which tools and brands they belong to.
- Packaging, as a seal or a finishing touch on a box sent to a client or an employee.
Stickers are less suited to formal gifts. For a senior client or a long-service gift, choose something more substantial and keep the sticker for the packaging.
Branded stickers in the catalogue
Pricing for your design and quantity comes with your quote. Catalogue prices are ex VAT; printing and delivery are extra, UK import VAT and duties are paid on delivery. Every product page shows its own minimum.

Holo Die-Cut Stickers
The Holo is printed on holographic vinyl with a shifting rainbow effect, and each sticker is die-cut to the shape of your design. A laminate protects the shine from scratches. It is the sticker to choose when you want one design to stand out: a logo or mascot that catches the light on a conference stand or a laptop lid. The minimum is 250.
Loop Sticker Pack
The Loop is a pack of five die-cut vinyl stickers, printed in full colour with a matt or gloss finish. The product page states that the laminate is outdoor-resistant for three years and survives water bottles, dishwashers and airport security trays. The stickers come in a branded kraft paper sleeve, so the pack feels like a small gift rather than a loose giveaway. The minimum is 100.
Holo or Loop?
- One strong design: choose the Holo. The holographic effect does the work.
- A set of designs: choose the Loop. Five stickers let you combine a logo, an illustration, a slogan and a couple of playful designs.
- A gift in its own right: the Loop's kraft sleeve makes it easier to hand over.
- A crowd at a stand: the Holo is the one people come over to look at.
Tell us in your request whether the five stickers in a Loop pack should carry one design or several, and the quote confirms what is possible for your artwork.
Designing a die-cut sticker
A die-cut sticker is cut to the outline of the design, so the shape is part of the design. A few rules help:
- Keep the outline simple. A smooth, bold outline cuts cleanly and is easy to peel. Very thin points and narrow gaps are harder to cut and lift more easily.
- Add a border if the shape is complex. A plain border around the artwork, in white or a brand colour, gives a cleaner cut line.
- Make text large enough to read. A sticker on a laptop is seen from across a table, so small text disappears.
- Use strong contrast. A sticker sits on many different surfaces, from a black laptop to a clear bottle. A design with its own background reads everywhere.
- For the Holo, think about the holographic effect. Large areas of colour or open space let the holographic vinyl show through; very busy artwork can hide it.
Send your artwork as a vector file (PDF, SVG or EPS), with the cut line on a separate layer if you have one. You approve the design, cut line and size on a digital proof before production starts, and nothing is produced until you approve it.
Sticker ideas beyond the logo
A sticker with only your logo works, but people choose the stickers they put on a laptop. Give them a reason to pick yours:
- A mascot or illustration drawn in your brand style, which people collect for its own sake.
- An in-joke or phrase your team or community uses, which feels like belonging rather than advertising.
- A product or feature name, for a software or product launch.
- An event edition, with the event name and year, for people who collect stickers from every conference they attend.
- A values or cause message, if your company supports a cause and wants staff to show it.
With a Loop pack you can combine several of these ideas: one logo sticker and four designs people will actually want to use. Keep every design on brand, so the set still reads as yours.
Stickers in welcome packs and swag
Stickers are a natural addition to a welcome pack or a box of swag: they are light, flat and cheerful. A Loop pack fits on top of the other items and gives the recipient something to use straight away. For ideas on what else goes in a pack, see the employee welcome packs page and our guide to startup swag.
At events, keep stickers on the stand where people can pick them up, and put a Loop pack in each visitor bag. Our guide to event and trade show merchandise covers quantities and logistics for the rest of the stand.
Stickers as packaging
A sticker is also a simple way to brand packaging. The Shipping Box with Sticker is a cardboard box designed to protect and present corporate items within a kit. It can be branded with digital printing, screen printing or a custom sticker, in kraft, white, black or full colour, with a minimum of 50. A sticker seal on a plain kraft box is a cost-conscious alternative to a fully printed box and still gives a branded unboxing moment.
For more presentation options, from shipping boxes to rigid gift boxes, see the branded gift boxes page.
Quantities and planning
The minimums are 250 for the Holo and 100 for the Loop. Stickers last, so many companies order for a full year of events and onboarding at once and hand them out as needed. Work back from your first date:
- Finalise the artwork and the cut line.
- Request the quote with the artwork as a vector file and the quantity.
- Approve the digital proof.
- Production takes 10 to 20 working days after proof approval, confirmed in the quote.
- Add delivery time to one address or to each recipient.
Zintora delivers across the UK and internationally to Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Americas, to one address or to each recipient.
Sustainability questions
A sticker that is kept and used is better than a flyer that is thrown away, but stickers are still vinyl. If your company reports on purchasing, ask with the quote for material details and documentation for the products in your order. The only certificate we name is the GRS of The Tenth House, checked per lot. Certificates for other products are available on request.
