Branded Power Banks: Capacity, Ports and Logo Options
How to choose branded power banks for staff, clients and events: what capacity and ports mean in practice, how the logo is applied, and which models suit which recipients.
By Zintora Team

Branded power banks are one of the few promotional items people reach for when they need them most, with a flat phone before a meeting or a train home. Our Relay Power Bank starts from £15.73 ex VAT with a minimum of 25: a 10,000 mAh aluminium model with dual USB-C ports and a laser-engraved logo.
This guide explains what capacity and ports mean in practice, how the logo is applied, which model suits which recipient, and what to pair a power bank with. Every product and starting price below comes from the live Zintora catalogue on 28 October 2026.
Why branded power banks work
A power bank solves a real problem, so it gets used. It travels in bags and pockets, comes out at conferences, airports and client sites, and stays in use for as long as it holds a charge. Each time it is used, the logo is in the owner's hand.
Power banks suit three groups in particular:
- Field and sales teams who spend the day away from a desk.
- Event guests and delegates whose phones run down during a long day of scanning badges and taking photos.
- Clients who travel often, as a useful gift that does not feel like an advert.

Capacity, ports and charging: what they mean
Capacity in mAh
Capacity is shown in milliamp hours (mAh). A higher number means more stored energy, but also a larger and heavier power bank. In our range, the Relay has 10,000 mAh and the Beacon 12,000 mAh. How many phone charges that gives depends on the phone and on conversion losses, so we do not quote a number of charges; the product pages state capacity only.
Ports
Check that the ports match the devices your recipients use. The Relay has dual USB-C ports, which suit most recent phones, earbuds and tablets with a USB-C connection. If your team uses a mix of devices, add the Strand Cable Kit: three braided cables with USB-C, Lightning and micro-USB tips in a waxed canvas pouch.
Charging speed
The Relay offers 20 W fast charging and the Flux Charging Dock 15 W, according to their product pages. Faster charging is useful for people with little time between meetings; whether a phone reaches that speed depends on the phone itself.
Which branded power bank suits which recipient
The Relay: everyday and conference gift
The Relay Power Bank is slim enough for a jacket pocket, with an aluminium case in space grey, silver or midnight green. Laser engraving on the brushed aluminium gives a precise, lasting logo. It is the natural choice for conference delegates, sales teams and staff gifts, and it can be supplied in a branded box.
The Beacon: field teams and outdoor events
The Beacon Solar Power Bank is built for the outdoors: a 12,000 mAh battery, a slow-charge solar panel, IP65 dust and splash resistance, a built-in torch and a carabiner to clip onto a backpack. It comes in black with orange or black with green, and the logo is pad printed on the front panel. It suits site teams, outdoor events and team retreats. Note that the solar panel is described as slow-charge: it tops up the battery rather than replacing a mains charge.
The Notebook with Power Bank: meetings and training
The Notebook with Power Bank combines an A5 leather-effect notebook with an attached power bank, in black, navy blue, brown or grey. It suits training days, board meetings and welcome kits where people need both a notebook and a charge. For notebooks without a battery, see the employee welcome packs page for complete kits.
Desk chargers: the Flux and the 3-in-1 base
If the recipient works mostly at a desk, a charging station may be more useful than a portable battery. The Flux Charging Dock folds flat for travel and opens into a 3-in-1 station for a phone, headphones and a smartwatch, with a fabric pouch that takes a printed logo. The 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Base charges a phone, a watch and headphones at the same time; the supplier's sheet lists the outputs in the table above. Both are executive-level gifts for clients and senior staff.
Branding a power bank
The technique depends on the case:
- Laser engraving on aluminium gives a tone-on-tone mark that does not wear off. It is the standard for the Relay.
- Pad printing places an ink logo on a curved or textured surface, such as the front of the Beacon.
- UV printing allows a full-colour logo on several models.
- A branded box turns a power bank into a presented gift.
Keep the logo simple: a power bank has a small marking area. You approve the technique, position and size on a digital proof before production starts, and nothing is produced until you approve it. Send your logo as a vector file (PDF, SVG or EPS).
Pairing a power bank
A power bank pairs well with other items people carry. For an event pack, combine a Relay with a Strand Cable Kit and a pen. For a client gift, combine a Flux Charging Dock with a notebook in a rigid gift box. For more ideas on what to hand out at a stand, see our guide to event and trade show merchandise, and for gift sets the corporate gifts page. Other branded items with the same logo are on the branded merchandise page.
The two packaging options for sets are a printed kraft box or a rigid gift box; the quote confirms which fits.
Delivery of products with batteries
Products with built-in batteries can have extra shipping requirements, and these can differ by destination. We confirm how each power bank is packed and shipped in the quote, so plan the delivery date with that in mind.
If the power banks are for an event, have them delivered to your office first rather than straight to the venue, so you can check them and charge them before the day. A power bank handed out with some charge already in it is used straight away.
Lead times and delivery
Production takes 10 to 20 working days after proof approval, confirmed in the quote. Add time for the quote, the digital proof and delivery. Zintora delivers across the UK and internationally to Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Americas, to one address or to each recipient.
Sustainability questions
If your company reports on purchasing, ask with the quote for material details, an estimated carbon footprint per product and documentation for certified products. The only certificate we name is the GRS of The Tenth House, checked per lot; certificates for other products are available on request.
