The Northstar Cap is a dad cap: a low-profile, six-panel cap with an unstructured crown, so it moulds to the head rather than sitting stiffly. It is made from brushed cotton twill and adjusts with a brass buckle at the back. The colours are stone, forest green, black and dusty blue. It is a cap for wearing off the clock, at a trade-fair stand, on a team outing or as part of a brand collection. There are three options for the logo: 3D embroidery, which lifts the design in relief; flat embroidery, more discreet and suited to small lettering; and a leather patch, which gives a crafted finish. The front panel is the usual position, and the digital proof confirms the technique, size and thread colour for your design. Logos with very fine strokes may need adjusting to embroider crisply; you will see this before production. The minimum order is 30 units. The product sheet lists 12 to 15 days of production from proof approval, and the quote adds delivery to the destination you give.
